Anthony holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership & Management and is a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership. As the founder of Coach Jordan, LLC, he partners with executives, emerging leaders, educators, and non-profit organizations navigating pivotal moments—helping them lead with clarity, courage, and consistency without falling for the temptation of shortcuts.
His leadership philosophy is simple but uncompromising: Leadership has no shortcuts©. Real influence is earned by showing up, keeping your word, doing the hard work others avoid, and building trust over time. Anthony’s coaching blends operational leadership systems with a deeply people-centered approach rooted in character formation, accountability, and values-based decision-making.
Before coaching executives, Anthony spent over three decades in local high schools as a football coach, shaping young men through discipline, standards, and belief. That experience continues to inform his work today—challenging leaders to raise the bar while never lowering it.
Anthony has been married to his wife, Donita, for 30 years, and they are the proud parents of four adult children—Anthony III, Nadiya, Caleb, and Marla. His family values of integrity, service, consistency, and responsibility form the foundation of both his life and leadership.
